Roman Style Sword - Style 34812While I do Love this item, it is *NOT* a Roman Shord Sword! It is an excellent Roman dagger. It has a lovely sheath that is lined (I think with plastic) so that the blade both slides home & comes free with a very satisfying sound and feel. The rondel design is excessive, but that is a matter of taste. The balance is way off, Buy it for the looks, not for usefulness. But I emphasize, this is no Gladius! It is a dagger!
