We bought this plant stand about a month ago, when we discovered that our new house had relatively few spots with adequate light for our plants. It does its job quite well: it's attractive (at least for the price), and it's reasonably sturdy. I wouldn't put an extremely heavy plant on this stand, but it's fine for ordinary house plants. Plus, it holds several plants in a reasonably small space.You DO have to put the thing together, which is a slightly awkward process but not an onerous one; it'd be much improved if the directions consisted of more than four drawings!
