I love to decorate for Christmas with candles and after a while, the typical jar and votive candles get a little boring. But not with this piece. It really is nicer than the picture: deep ruby red cups and just the right size tassels in my opinion. Not too long and not too sparce. I haven't used it yet but I have one for each end of my buffet and they look impressive unlit. The height of the entire unit is also good and it stands steadily on the table.
