first off, i recieved this product pretty fastbut when i did the desk top had a large crack, i was able to contact customer service at 9:00pm to get a replacement sent to me.
this part took about a week to get, in the mean time my computer room was trashed waiting for this part.
i also have a screw that came out from one of the drawer fronts so when i open it one side hangs down, but nothing a little glue wont fix.
but all in all i am satisfied with the this desk functions and looks
