Kathy Ireland Furniture: Hear, See, Speak Frogs

I order this product December 7th and I'm still waiting for it. The Original Delivery Estimate was December 15, 2009 - December 18, 2009 and its now December 22. I wanted to order this gift for Christmas for someone else and apparently the new delivery date is December 30th. I'm very unsatisfied with the service that this company has to offer. The deadline for Christmas delivery was December 16th and I ordered everything way before hand. If you want slow service and slow shipping and handling this company may be good for you otherwise expect for long weeks to pass before you get what you ordered in the mail. I'm not satisfied with the service that they have offered me; therefore I'm not planning on purchasing items with this company again. I could have ordered the same item with a different company and have had these frogs delivered by Christmas and for a much cheaper price but I thought this company was reliable, obviously I was wrong. I had ordered other items from different companies several days after I order from this company and they have all arrived way before these frogs, which I'm still waiting for.
