Prepac Sonoma Maple 5-Drawer Chest Review

I've put together quite a few of these types of furniture (cam lock/fiberboard), and this ranks up near the top.The wood is well machined, none of my panels were broken and all fit well.Keep in mind that you should ALWAYS use wood glue when assembling stuff like this, and that the whole is greater than the sum of the parts when it comes to assembly.This piece has 3 cross memebers, a top, and a back that all work together to keep it sturdy.As to the comment that you shouldn't put something heavy on it, that's right.Use solid wood furniture for that, seriously.This is for the inside of a closet, and fits that purpose well.
