This is a very nice candleholder at a good price. I ordered four and the glass was shattered in one of them. I emailed the seller and they responded the same day, saying they would send a replacement promptly and not asking me to send the broken one back. This made it easy for me, and they followed through and delivered the new one two days later. I'm very happy with this product.
