First I will say, shame on me.But as a consumer I do want to mention there could have been a better customer experience throughout the purchase of this product.Cleary from the pic you see two valances.I guess I can be more intuitive and see that the valance in the subject line is not plural, as well as it might say it in the fine lines.But being a visual person I see two, so it was a surprise when only one came in the bag.Second, the curtains in the pic obviously look longer as opposed to wider.Well as to my surprise again the 48 inches are width not down length from top to bottom.Call me an amature, I am, but just make it easy for us folk who cant physically enter your establishment and purchase a product. So put up an accurate pic and make the description painfully clear, in order to leave no room for doubt.Otherwise you should receive several calls either before or after the fact in order to clarify.
