The desk was exactly what I wanted, quality excellent.The seller was very good to work with when delivery service became a problem.The item was to be shipped UPS, which I assumed was UPS Delivery Service.Instead, the shippers was UPS freight, which was an 18-wheeler semi!There was a question as tow whether an 18-wheeler could deliver on our street -- UPS Freight was very uncooperative in resolving the problem -- said only that if they couldn't deliver, we would have to pick it up, which was impossible for us to do.The seller worked very hard to try to find a workable solution, but was having no success -- I finally learned there was another access to our street that didn't require crossing bridges that wouldn't accomodate an 18-wheeler.Delivery was made on schedule, with no thanks to UPS Freight.I suggest in the future, businesses make sure they are getting UPS Delivery Service and NOT UPS Freight!Other than this delivery snafu, the transaction was fine.
